Senior Care Insurance Services is one of the leading Long-Term Care Insurance Agencies in Wisconsin.

Senior Care was founded in 1988 by Bill Kumpf and has been instrumental in pioneering Long-term Care Insurance with
the public and the insurance community in Wisconsin

Bill Kumpf is the President of Senior Care Insurance Services. After having served the life and health insurance industry for over thirty years in various executive capacities  - State General Agent, National Vice President of Sales and Company President for two different companies - he semi-retired and became a consultant to various companies for three years.

Bill has become a senior himself and quickly recognized our increasing life span due to the breathtaking advances in medical science. He also recognized the accompanying need for Long-term Health Care in the home, or a facility - which Medicare doesn't cover .  He realized that if a person needs Long-term Care in their retirement, their entire lifetime of savings and income could be wiped out at the current annual rate of $73,000/year. The answer was LTC insurance.

As a consequence, in 1988 he decided to form a General Agency specializing in Long Term Health Care and Medicare Supplement Insurance, in order to enable “Seniors” to protect their estates and retirement incomes against the ravaging effects of medical and Long Term Health Care expenses.

Bill has published several technical Long-term Care articles, testified before Wisconsin legislative committees on Long-term Care matters, has served for six years on the Wisconsin Insurance Commissioner's “Life and Disability Advisory Council”, and was appointed by Governor Thompson to the “Wisconsin National Community Service Board”.  He also has served as a certified continuing education instructor on Long-term Care Insurancefor state licensing requirements for Wisconsin life and health insurance agents.

Bill has conducted over one hundred seminars on Long-term Care for consumer groups,  insurance professionals and financial planners.  He is an acknowledged expert in the Long-term Care insurance field.

Senior Care works for the individual, not any one insurance company by representing eight (8) different quality Long-term Care companies.  They compare all the companies by computer to each individual's particular circumstances and need.

The strengths and weaknesses of the top five companies for each individual are discussed, and a recommendation is made based upon policy language, (such as how to qualify for a claim), meaningful extra benefits, (such as “Homemaker Services” -cooking, cleaning, shopping, etc.) company strength-stability and amount of premium.

All consultations and comparison - proposal presentations are free.

Senior Care Insurance Services also has been selected as the marketing agency for the State of Wisconsin Long-term Health Care program for the John Hancock Insurance Company available to all state employees, spouses, parents, spouses parent's and retirees at a premium discount.
